We are a studio-based, appointment-only nail salon located at 999 Heaphy Terrace, Hamilton. We strive to accommodate clients with different needs and abilities by:

Allowing support persons or service animals during appointments
Offering flexibility in appointment scheduling to suit individual requirements

2. Physical Accessibility

Our salon is located at ground level; however, please contact us in advance to discuss any mobility requirements so we can prepare to assist.
Parking is available nearby, with on-street parking options.
If you require additional assistance entering or moving within the salon, our staff will be happy to help.

3. Sensory & Communication Support

We can provide a quieter environment for clients sensitive to noise or overstimulation upon request.
We are happy to communicate by email, text, or phone before your appointment to ensure your needs are understood.
You may bring written instructions, pictures, or devices to assist with communication.

4. Service Adjustments

If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, please inform us when booking so we can take appropriate precautions. We will make reasonable modifications to our processes to accommodate your needs without compromising health, safety, or service quality.
